SourcingCalc's calculators and downloadable products provide estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are general-purpose tools, not customs, tax, legal, freight or financial advice, and they do not know your product, contract, route or jurisdiction. Duty rates, carrier rules, marketplace fees and exchange rates change without notice. Verify all figures with your suppliers, carriers, customs broker and professional advisers before making purchasing decisions.
The site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. We do our best to keep formulas correct and current, and we publish the calculation logic so you can verify it, but we do not guarantee any result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SourcingCalc and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from use of this site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Digital products are sold through our merchant-of-record platform under its checkout terms. If the Toolkit doesn't work for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase via our contact address or the platform's refund mechanism.
